Hi, I’m Kayla

I have always been naturally curious and genuinely love learning. Understanding how things work, why they work, and how they can work better has always interested me. That curiosity eventually led me to the human body, where I became fascinated by how our different systems work together to influence movement, recovery, and overall function.

Over the years, that interest has led me to become a Licensed Massage Therapist and an Occupational Therapy Assistant with advanced training in lymphatic therapy and rehabilitation-focused bodywork. I am continually driven toward learning more, asking better questions, and developing a deeper understanding of how our incredible bodies function so that I can best support the people who trust me with their care!

About SYSTEMIC

It’s More Than a Name

I chose the name Systemic because I believe that the body is a remarkably interconnected machine. When we look beyond a symptom and consider the bigger picture, we can create a more thoughtful plan for recovery.

Too often, treatment solely focuses on an area of discomfort. My approach is different. Whether we’re addressing surgical recovery, swelling, movement restrictions, or persistent discomfort, I believe meaningful change happens when we consider how the body’s systems work together.

Because of this philosophy, I believe that meaningful results rarely occur in isolation. While bodywork can be an incredibly powerful tool for recovery, it is often just one piece of a larger plan. I value collaboration and will frequently work alongside your existing healthcare providers, or refer you to a trusted professional, when appropriate, to help support your best possible outcome.
